API IT Solutions Analyst IV - Remote

• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Lead the delivery of projects and initiatives, ensuring successful completion within timelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing knowledge on applications and platforms
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical requirements and user stories
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and the development of training materials

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using SQL, and familiarity with data visualization techniques
• Understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical collaborators
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement test plans and scripts

• Actively participates in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings and events
• Experience in creating and maintaining user documentation
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks based on priorities
