Job Description

About EOTSS

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is the state’s lead office for information technology. We provide enterprise level information technology services including network management and security; computer operations; application hosting; desktop provisioning and management; and modern and responsive digital services to 40,000 internal stakeholders plus the residents, business owners and visitors to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

About this Role

Accounts and networks they manage include: active directory, outlook email, network shared, distribution lists, VPN, and several Commonwealth applications as well as Office 365 license assignments.

Our Accounts Management Intern will participate in outreach to our supported agencies to “get to know” their applications and update our documentation. The intern will also assist with basic Accounts Management tasks like updating active directory attributes to standardize formats. For non EOTSS Account Management applications, the intern will identify who manages them, the number of users, and key contacts to help us better support our customers.
