Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development department supporting contract management and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Now Developer

Location: Remote

Pay Range:

• Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application within Service Now to improve usability and data validation.
• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
• Implement and refine integration between Service Now and Costpoint using Mule Soft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between Service Now and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.

• Proven experience in Service Now development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level).
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and Service Now scripting (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
• Experience with Mule Soft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level).
