The RoleWe’re looking for an M365 Engineer with experience delivering Microsoft solutions from design through implementation.
This role is a blend of pre‑sales (20%) and post‑sales (80%) consulting. You’ll lead projects end‑to‑end, including migrations, architecture, and documentation while working closely with clients to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑impact solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions (Commercial & GCC High)
- Lead migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, tenant‑to‑tenant)
- Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during project delivery
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Prior consulting experience delivering Microsoft solutions from design to implementation is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra , Microsoft Teams, and One Drive for Business.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High in support of regulated environments specifically the Defense Industrial Base.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile and Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, configuration profiles.
- Knowledge and experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Endpoint management.
- Experience with Quest OnDemand Migration tools and/or 3rd‑party migration solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving Microsoft and IT technologies
- Ability to work independently and/or in a leadership capacity as required, while consistently delivering a strong customer experience
- Proven experience owning client engagements end‑to‑end, including solution design, scoping, licensing, implementation, project management, communication, and documentation
- Strong collaborative approach, with the ability to challenge ideas constructively, practice active listening, and assume positive intent
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain clear, calm, and professional in all interactions
U.S. citizenship is required due to access requirements for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments.
CertificationsMust currently hold these certifications or be able to obtain them within the first 12 months.

- Base Salary: $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience
- Up to $200,000 in On‑Target Earnings
