• Senior Platform Engineer to drive the design, build, and optimization of cloud platform capabilities.
• Serve as a technical anchor on the platform team, tackling complex infrastructure challenges and elevating engineering quality across the organization.

• Technical Design & Architecture
  :
  Lead the design and planning of cloud-native systems, ensuring they meet business objectives, scalability needs, and security standards. Drive architecture decisions and establish patterns and best practices for the broader engineering team.
• Cloud Implementation & Strategy
  :
  Drive deployment and evolution of cloud-based solutions with a focus on AWS, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and automation. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they strengthen the platform.
• AI & AIOps Integration
  :
  Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI/ML to platform operations, including monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive autoscaling, automated incident triage, and root-cause analysis. Evaluate and integrate AIOps tooling to reduce toil and move toward self-healing infrastructure.
• Optimization & Performance
  :
  Continuously tune cloud environments to deliver performance and reliability. Define and track platform SLIs and SLOs to ensure measurable quality outcomes.
• Support, Reliability & Recovery
  :
  Develop and maintain robust support, monitoring, and recovery processes for cloud systems. Contribute to incident response and drive improvements through blameless post-mortems.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
  :
  Mentor engineers, contribute to code reviews, and share expertise through documentation and internal tech talks.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation
  :
  Stay current with tools and best practices, including AI/ML and AIOps, bringing new ideas to the team and championing platform initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on Kubernetes administration experience at scale, including ArgoCD, Helm, and cluster lifecycle management
• Expert-level proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code; experience defining reusable IaC patterns and modules
• Advanced understanding of modern SaaS platforms and experience architecting and supporting complex, distributed systems
• Deep expertise with AWS (networking, compute, storage, security); AWS certifications are a strong plus
• Experience with AIOps practices and tooling (ML-driven observability, intelligent alerting, automated remediation, predictive scaling) is highly valued
• Ability to evaluate, customize, integrate, and secure cloud platforms to improve efficiency and developer experience
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops, Dev Ops practices, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), and security/IAM principles
• Solution Architect Professional and/or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) certifications are highly desirable
• Track record of mentoring peers and contributing to engineering excellence
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
