Location:
The primary place of performance will be at FBI facilities in Winchester, VA.
Clearance Level: All roles require a current, active Top Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) as requested by the Government. Contractor employees will be subject to counterintelligence (CI) focused polygraph examinations based upon where they are assigned in the FBI and whether they will be processed for a category of SCI access.

Hours:
The Contractor’s normal workday will typically be within the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Core work hours are 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. ET
The Role
Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a fully remote capacity. This is an opportunity to contribute to a multi-year initiative focused on modernizing large-scale, mission‑critical systems that support essential government operations. In this role, you will support Agile delivery teams by helping coordinate work, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. You will work alongside experienced Scrum Masters and delivery leaders while developing your skills in Agile execution, team facilitation, and program delivery within a federal environment.
This role is ideal for someone early in their Scrum Master career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful, high‑impact work.
You are an emerging Scrum Master or Agile professional who is eager to build your experience in a structured, team-oriented environment. You are organized, dependable, and motivated to learn how to guide teams toward successful delivery. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members. You listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and help ensure everyone stays aligned on priorities and expectations.
You take initiative and are not afraid to step in to support the team, whether that means helping remove blockers, coordinating meetings, or keeping work on track. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, both for yourself and the teams you support. You are interested in working in a federal, compliance-driven environment and understand the importance of accountability, security, and mission impact.
you will Do
- Support Agile teams in delivering projects using Scrum or similar methodologies
- Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Help track team progress, sprint commitments, and key delivery metrics
- Work with Product Owners and team members to maintain and refine backlogs
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to senior team members
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of work
- Support documentation and communication of team activities and progress
- Learn and apply Agile best practices to improve team performance over time
- High‑level objectives may include:
- Modernizing legacy systems into cloud‑based environments (AWS Gov Cloud)
- Supporting transition efforts to microservices and container‑based platforms
- Assisting with implementation of enhanced search and data capabilities
- Contributing to improvements in system performance and scalability
