Novable, a fast-growing tech startup around technology and innovation, is looking for a client service management intern to delight the customers and ensure an outstanding product experience, while feeding back the dev and data scientists teams with product feedback and field data.

Work on thedata and algorithmic sides of our product for improving our core technologies

• Learn and develop new algorithms and technologies to improve our matchmaking engine
• Develop evaluation processes for quality improvement
• Transform large unstructured dataset into consumable information

You will work in close relationship with the Data Scientists and Software architects

• Interest in NLP, Machine Learning and Data Science
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB
• Problem-solving attitude
• Fun to work with, we take the sense of humour very seriously

Internship

Full time

Working language is EN, knowledge of FR and/or NL is a clear plus. Partial remote work is possible but weekly presence in Brussels office is mandatory.
