Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Data Platform support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, strong coaching skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:

• Coach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Jira hygiene.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business priorities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to maintain smooth project progress across multiple teams.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments, with at least 4+ years as a practicing Scrum Master.
• Prior experience in project management, program management, or delivery management roles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership.
• Experience supporting technology or data-driven teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
