ServiceNow Developer

• Collaborate with business analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Service Now modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop detailed architecture, design and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
• Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
• Automate business processes and tasks using Service Now's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
• Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the Service Now platform.

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of Service Now design and development experience
• Experience in developing Service Now solutions and technical design documents from business requirements

• Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting
• Service Now Certified Application Developer and/or Service Now Certified System Administrator preferred

Salary/level commensurate with experience. Hybrid Remote Ohio:
Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute is necessary since some onsite work is required.
