• Part-time flexi hour arrangement with remote work on Accounts or HR on the other days of the week.
• Job scope including:
• Support accounts matters, such as stock take, etc.
• Support other non-HR matters, such as administrative work, participate in discussions relating to production, and assist in preparing meeting minutes when required.
• Promptly address client queries.
• Client office location:
  Tuas South; client will provide transport from Tuas Crescent MRT station.
• 1 day to a maximum of 2 days per week visiting the client office. Time spent in client office is typically full day (8am to 5pm). Visits are mainly to handle outstanding HR/Accounts-related matters not cleared by backend teams.
• There is no need to report to our own office.
• We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client at the same time.

• Candidate must be based in Singapore.
• Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
• Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, off-boarding IR21, IR8A, experience in using WPOL and EPOL relating to Construction industry) and Payroll calculation.
