• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on CMMC compliance and cybersecurity services
• Identify, prospect, and close new business within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
• Serve as a trusted advisor on CMMC requirements and DoD security expectations
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract, including proposal development
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in CRM systems

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or managed services
• 5+ years of business development within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and drive revenue growth
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Deep understanding of the DoD ecosystem or military veteran experience
• Background in cybersecurity consulting or compliance services
• Familiarity with RPOs, C3
  
  PAOs, certification bodies, and the CMMC ecosystem
