Ahava Services is looking to hire a IT Compliance Admin ensures adherence to regulatory, security, and operational compliance across all systems that support UI/UX programs and AEM environments.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance documentation, audit reports, and system evidence.
- Ensure processes follow ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal IT governance frameworks.
- Monitor user access, permission reviews, and change-management workflows.
- Ensure AEM and UI/UX platforms follow compliant data-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with security, Dev Ops, and design teams on compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic system and process audits.
- Experience with audit tools, access governance, and compliance reporting.
- Understanding of IT governance and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with AEM user roles, ACLs, and data policies.
- Strong documentation, communication, and policy-enforcement skills.
