Overview

The Associate Account Executive will manage tactical execution and administrative projects to support marketing programs and the client services team with deliverables required for client requests and internal processes and documentation. This individual will serve as a contact with internal client services teams and have some client interactions to help maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Support the client services team with projects and operational tasks associated with all marketing programs for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal agency teams and clients at appropriate levels.
  • Possess knowledge of all work in progress and team processes.
  • Assist in the generation of data files that support the business, create conference reports, program reporting and other client‑specific spreadsheets to aid team processes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effectively negotiate client and agency needs and desires.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of marketing and/or agency experience. Applicable internship experience will be considered.
  • Direct mail and email marketing background preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise.
  • Proven track record in execution of detailed projects and ability to demonstrate critical decision-making skills.
  • Experience with agency administrative roles and processes a plus.
  • Highly organized and quick learner who can follow processes and manage multiple daily requests.
Examples of Duties
  • Manage execution of projects, operational tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely, accurate delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop data processing specifications/documentation.
  • Own and update client’s store information document.
  • Monitor data processing activities and audit output to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor quality control procedures and revise as necessary.
  • Work with the production team to ensure accuracy and quality of printed materials; review and approve proofs and sign-offs.
  • Coordinate project billing.
