Overview
The Data Analyst III will lead large-scale, cross-functional analytics projects, mentor Data Analyst I and II roles, and drive the adoption of AI and automation across the organization. Responsible for strategic analytics initiatives and ensuring best practices in data governance and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to create new reports, metrics and dashboards based on business needs.
- Use data analysis/modeling to create new reports. Troubleshoot and modify existing reports including Target KPIs, commodity indices, cost savings opportunities, etc.
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide analytics solutions, integrating AI and machine learning for forecasting, optimization, and strategic decision support.
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using cloud and big data technologies.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and AI algorithms to uncover deep insights and drive business transformation.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on modern tools, methodologies, and AI applications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and governance standards.
- Present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Work Experience:
8+ years’ experience managing databases, providing timely user support, and writing reports, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge of structured and unstructured databases and data analysis techniques.
- Expert quantitative skills with strong proficiency of business software (SAP, Kinaxis).
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
- Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks, big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), and advanced visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of data engineering, automation, and orchestration tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to take complex information and convey it to various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner. Ability to create and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to drive innovation in analytics through continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range is $107,900 to $148,400. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at offer and is based on location and experience. Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on objectives and company performance.
