Remote – Candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota for monthly in-person team meetups.

The organization includes both a customer-facing team and a product team. This role supports the product team by helping execute detailed digital marketing work, with a strong emphasis on local SEO campaign support.

Direct Clicks is hiring an SEO / Product Team Specialist to support local SEO campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. This position may be filled at different experience levels depending on the candidate. The company is open to either: an experienced SEO professional who can step directly into the role or a highly organized junior candidate who can be trained internally and grow into the position.

This is a detail-focused, process-driven role requiring strong organization, self-management, and the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

• Support and manage local SEO campaigns
• Assist with general SEO optimization and strategy work
• Support Google Business Profile optimization and related tasks
• Participate in product team execution and digital marketing projects
• Assist with client communication via email when needed
• Follow internal processes and systems for campaign execution
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

• Digital marketing experience
• Experience with local SEO campaigns
• Experience with general SEO work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce

Direct Clicks operates as a remote company. However, candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota, as the team gathers periodically for in-person meetings and collaboration sessions.

Compensation depends on experience level.

Salary typically ranges from $60,000 – $70,000+, depending on experience and technical SEO background.

Hourly pay typically ranges from $20 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and overall fit.
