The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and validated skills in technical training and writing. Responsibilities include developing training materials, providing mentorship, and ensuring customers are confident in using our products. The role allows for 100% remote work from a home office anywhere in the US, with travel required to client sites (10-25%).
