About the Role

We're currently growing our virtual team and are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Personalized Support Specialist. In this position, you'll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by helping manage details, answer questions, and keep everything organized from start to finish.

This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy supporting others, staying on top of tasks, and working independently in a flexible, work-from-home environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required—training and ongoing guidance are provided to help you succeed.

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and important details
• Assist with organizing trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide clear updates so clients stay informed throughout the planning process
• Review available options and share relevant information based on client needs
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  
  Support itinerary updates, changes, and follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
