Wes Banco is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services. This includes leading Service Desk operations, ensuring service level agreements and performance are maintained, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, at least 5 years of experience in IT service management, and expertise in ITIL practices.
