Job Description:

The applicant requires senior level Service Now developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs. Certification in Service Now is highly desired.

This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Service Now and the multiple projects served from it. This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the Service Now Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using Service Now. The applicant requires senior level Service Now developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs.

Certification in Service Now is highly desired.

Experience required:

• Experience with Service Now development and/or administration
• Experience with Service Now Flow Designer or Service Now Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
• Experience with Service Now Flow Designer or Service Now Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between Service Now and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
