Scrum Master

Scrum Master ERP | Remote | 12- month contract

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a fast-moving ERP transformation team. This is a hands‑on agile delivery role — not a project coordination role. You will own the ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and be the connective tissue between ERP delivery teams and business stakeholders.

• Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies — standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and team commitments
• Act as liaison between ERP teams and business/BA resources
• Remove impediments and escalate risks and blockers quickly
• Coach teams on agile best practices and drive high-performance sprint execution
• Collaborate with global and offshore teams

• Strong Scrum Master experience — this is a must
• Must have ERP Scrum Master experience – look specifically with prior experience supporting HCM, WFM (workforce management), Payroll, Financials, supply chain – will take experience in any 1 of these
• Certs: CSM, Safe, etc.
• Experience with Infor (ERP) experience is a plus but will consider other ERPs
• Familiarity with Service Now, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment

• Remote — Eastern Time zone required
• 12-month contract
