We are seeking candidates to fill our Web Solutions Specialist role on our Ops Team. This person will work closely with our engineering team and other cross-functional groups to optimize Ninthroot’s clients’ experience as they use our proprietary software platform. Our clients' utilization and satisfaction with our platform is paramount in our ability to create and maintain healthy relationships with them.

We are looking for someone in this role with experience and HTML code who will own all changes and updates on the back-end but, even more importantly, can understand the needs of our clients and find ways in which our platform can help them achieve their goals.

• Perform daily website management tasks in a timely manner. Tasks may include: website updates, edits and maintenance, location audits, data entry, HTML page layouts, template/component creation, basic CSS updates
• Assist with franchise location launches including website and analytics setup.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and requests using our proprietary software
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving to address concerns or issues to improve overall website quality and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Development, Creative, Ads and SEO to plan and organize upcoming client requests and website changes

• Basic understanding of APIs
• Back-end familiarity with website platforms such as wix, shopify, wordpress, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Business Listings
• A creative eye – ability to identify issues or inconsistencies on the front end of websites
• Ability to use Adobe photoshop or illustrator

• High proficiency in HTML (2-3 years of experience preferred) and able to recognize and implement quick fixes
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills- logical & analytical
• Passionate about tackling challenges and finding solutions for clients
• Can solve problems and takes initiative execute independently
• Creative, innovative, and not afraid to share ideas

65,000 - 75,000 depending on experience

Hybrid flexible schedule: two days in the office, two days working from home, and flexible Fridays depending on completed work and hours.
