Job Overview
Position: Technical Support Subject Matter Expert (remote) with a focus on solar energy.
Location: Preferred in-person within Roseville, CA (remote possible).
Responsibilities- Follow up with customers via phone or email.
- Remain up-to-date on new issues and trends; review and escalate any findings.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise.
- One year of solar industry experience preferred.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish speaking required.
Pay up to $0K and major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay for assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer.
