Position: Product Manager - AI & Intelligent Automation

Hybrid in Lenexa, Kansas

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do

The Product Manager - AI & Intelligent Automation will lead CHA operational AI product strategy, driving automation across the data lifecycle to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision making. This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for internal AI solutions across the data lifecycle—leveraging advanced analytics, AI agents, and automation to improve decision making, efficiency, and outcomes of internal and member-facing AI products.

  • Own the AI & Intelligent Automation product strategy and roadmap across enterprise reporting and member-facing data programs, aligning automation and analytics initiatives with enterprise goals and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and analytics use cases that improve efficiency, self-service, and decision-making across the data lifecycle.
  • Translate enterprise goals into clear roadmaps, epics, success metrics, and value propositions and expected outcomes for AI and automation capabilities.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and success measures, ensuring AI solutions address operational and decision-support needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and application teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-integrated AI solutions.
  • Define and manage product requirements, including data readiness, system integrations, user experience, and AI model selection, evaluation, and lifecycle considerations.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog using value-based and ROI-driven frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to technical and non-technical audiences; monitor adoption and iterate based on performance and feedback.
What You’ll Bring to CHA

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, analytics, automation, or data driven products.
  • Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools, such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Power Platform, Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise environments, with familiarity in:
    • Clinical and/or operational workflows
    • Data governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations
    • Hands-on experience partnering with analytics teams and BI platforms, including Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise business applications
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling AI enabled or analytics driven products.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $93,000 Max: $200,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
