PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead Consultant

Metaformers  professional consulting team has a long-term opportunity for a versatile People Soft HCM Functional Lead with expertise across multiple modules. This role requires strong People Soft HCM functional knowledge and experience in implementation and/or production support.

• In-depth People Soft HCM 9.2 functional knowledge across multiple modules.
• Functional support experience with enhancements, PUM, and Tools upgrades.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide timely solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Minimum 5 years of People Soft HCM 9.2 implementation experience.
• Prior Public Sector projects desired.

• Full-time or contract (contractors must be direct with an all-inclusive rate).
• Remote work — must work Eastern Time Zone hours and be available and visible during client core hours.
• Work must be performed within the United States.
