Job Overview

Our Professional Services practice is growing, and we are looking for dedicated and passionate Consultants to implement Profisee MDM solutions and empower our customers worldwide. Full‑cycle implementations, training, and mentoring are key components of this role.

• Full project lifecycle engagements where we design and implement analytical and operational MDM solutions for our customers.
• Accelerator engagements that deliver a comprehensive approach to MDM in a few weeks, combining workshops, design sessions, implementation assignments, and best‑practice reviews.

• Develop a strong foundational understanding of the Profisee platform, our customers, and how Professional Services delivers value.
• Start Profisee Academy coursework and immerse yourself in the product, learning how our MDM solutions address real customer data challenges.
• Build relationships with fellow Consultants, Managing Consultants, R&D, Support, and Product Management.
• Shadow an active engagement to observe project execution, customer communication, and delivery standards.
• Get up to speed on project‑management tools, documentation standards, and collaboration platforms.

• Earn your Profisee certifications and complete your onboarding project to become ready for real customer work.
• Complete all Profisee Academy certifications, demonstrating proficiency across core capabilities.
• Shadow a live engagement, contributing to work streams under guidance.
• Complete your onboarding project designed to simulate real delivery scenarios.
• Provide early feedback to R&D, Support, and Product Management.

• Implement your first MDM solution end‑to‑end and establish yourself as a reliable member of the PS team.
• Lead your first implementation, managing milestones, customer communication, and delivery of a working solution.
• Translate field experience into actionable feedback for R&D, Product Management, and Support.
• Build customer trust by consistently delivering quality engagement outcomes.

• Become recognized as a platform expert, contributing to scaled knowledge across the team.
• Accumulate a track record of successful deliveries across customers, industries, and engagement types.
• Develop a specialty in a specific domain, integration pattern, or industry vertical.
• Write content for Academy, internal playbooks, or delivery guides.
• Mentor new consultants, guiding them through their onboarding and early projects.

• Project driver – Keep engagements moving, manage timelines, hold stakeholders accountable, flag risks early, and take ownership.
• Customer‑facing communicator – Lead meetings, present findings, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Technically curious – Comfortable in technical conversations, working with data engineers, integration patterns, and cloud‑based data platforms.
• Problem solver – Adapt to ambiguous environments, explore solutions, and find effective paths forward.
• Continuous learner – Pursue certifications and apply new knowledge instantly.
• Accountable – Communicate progress proactively and deliver on commitments.
• Collaborative – Foster a helpful, generous, and high‑quality engagement environment.

• Experience in consulting, data management, business analysis, or a related client‑facing role.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and cloud‑based data services.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong project‑management instincts in a structured delivery environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest or experience in MDM, data governance, or data quality disciplines.

• The Consultant will report directly to a Managing Consultant.
• This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the U.S.
• Some travel to customer sites may be required, up to 25%.
