Overview
As a Group Product Manager – Platform Technology, you are responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Neumo’s core platform capabilities and self-service solutions. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform services that enable community members (constituents) to interact with various levels of government—paying bills, renewing registrations, managing licenses and permits, obtaining copies of official documents, and making changes to records—through intuitive, self-service software.
You will also lead the evolution of foundational platform capabilities including notification systems, identity verification, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), authorization frameworks, and reporting infrastructure. A significant dimension of this role is championing AI-driven technologies and embedding intelligent capabilities across Neumo’s platform to improve user experiences, operational efficiency, and product differentiation. Your work will include shaping product direction, aligning product investments to company goals, and ensuring product decisions are grounded in customer needs, market insight, and data.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, client success, and implementation teams to translate strategy into high-impact execution. The Group Product Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, influence across the organization, and accountability for both strategic direction and measurable outcomes.
