Job Summary
As Analyst II, you will drive medium to high complexity projects and support operational initiatives with technology‑driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. You will create and document requirements to solve key business challenges, working both independently and cross‑functionally across IT and operational departments. You will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and define and work with other team members to provide estimates for features as directed.
Additionally you will create applicable technology user guides, provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, assist in functional and integration testing, and monitor post‑implementation. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day‑to‑day support of the designated product portfolio in an agile environment in partnership with a development team.
- Analyze requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
- Develop communications documents (project status, project milestones, notifications, training guide, user manuals, etc.).
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as system approaches, high‑level flows, release notes, etc.
- Act as a lead conduit between business/client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps in information understanding.
- Assist the testing team to understand system requirements, define testing objectives, and participate in functional testing.
- Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing.
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- 2–3 years of prior tech product management experience, preferably in health IT services or health tech product environment.
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT (desirable).
- Experience working on workflow management products (desirable).
- Experience delivering products and demonstrating their impact.
- Strong project and requirement documentation skills.
- Must be able to work in a sitting position, use a computer, and answer the telephone.
- Office work environment.
- Pay: $60,600 – $80,000 annually (dependent on location, qualifications, and experience).
