We are looking for a Manager, Solutions Enablement to join our Commerce Technology team. The Manager will act as the main point of contact for internal and external users, interface with agency teams, and champion end‑user experiences. The role requires a deep understanding of business applications, end‑user experiences, and data inputs/outputs of the system. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Detroit, New York, Chicago, Dallas or Bentonville office for a hybrid work schedule.

• Lead end users through the onboarding process, including understanding infrastructure, data requirements, and applying products to specifications.
• Understand technical solutions to identify capabilities for clients now and in the future.
• Receive data from clients and translate data points into inputs for key product features.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage day‑to‑day projects, transferring key client details to the technical product team.
• Draft project scopes, create client‑facing presentation materials, lead meetings, product demonstrations, and trainings.

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, analytics, technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing, advertising, or technology sales and/or implementation experience; comfortable with proprietary technology and data, and with translating client needs to internal teams. Project management experience in a technical environment is a plus.
• Ability to summarize and communicate information visually using PowerPoint and written communication.
• Dynamic personality that engages and influences a variety of audiences.
• Strategic thinking in technology implementation and integration, and day‑to‑day business management.
• Sound decision‑making skills based on agency, client and industry knowledge.
• Passion for business and willingness to improve.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $88,540.00 - $141,687 annually. Determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Temporary roles may qualify for medical plan and 401(k) after specified criteria are met.
