Security Engineer - Systems Integrator

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot security platforms across client environments
• Support and optimize technologies including:
• SIEM / SOAR platforms
• XDR / MDR solutions
• Microsoft 365 Security
• Proofpoint
• Check Point
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for advanced security incidents and technical issues
• Analyze endpoint, network, and cloud security events to identify root causes
• Assist clients during troubleshooting calls and provide technical guidance
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to explain security technologies and best practices
• Mentor junior security analysts and engineers on tools, workflows, and procedures
• Document findings, remediation steps, and internal processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security operations and service delivery
• Develop deeper expertise across multiple security disciplines over time

• 2+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), MSP, or cybersecurity support role
• Hands-on experience with:
• SIEM platforms
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
• Email security platforms
• DNS and internet protocols
• Microsoft 365 security tools
• Strong understanding of:
• DNS
• Business information systems
• Endpoint security
• Threat detection and response
• Experience troubleshooting complex security tools and configurations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients
• Ability to explain technical security concepts in a business-friendly way
• Strong desire to learn and expand into additional security technologies

• Experience in an MSP environment
• Familiarity with vulnerability management
• Exposure to sales engineering or pre-sales technical discussions
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Security certifications such as:
• Security+
• CySA+
• SC-200
• Check Point certifications
