Business Analyst Quality Assurance

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and digital transformation industry, is seeking a Business Analyst with Quality Assurance to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Define and document detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria for ongoing and new projects.
• Create and manage test cases within Azure Dev Ops, ensuring traceability to functional and system requirements.
• Coordinate manual testing efforts and configure test automation to develop comprehensive regression suites.
• Perform UI testing, backend API validation, and SQL Server testing to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to support digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, SQL, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of API testing, security tools like Snyk or Veracode, and manual testing processes.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or workers' compensation industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
