About you:

• You've grown a social media presence, personal project, or community from scratch
• You have strong instincts for what makes content perform (and what makes it flop)
• You're fluent in Tik Tok, Linked In, and X - you understand each platform's culture
• You can articulate why something works, not just that it works

What you'll do:

• Create short-form video content that makes complex ideas simple and engaging
• Draft social posts that feel authentic and conversational
• Research trends and pitch content ideas proactively
• Learn B2B brand building from the ground up, working directly with founders

What we're looking for:

• Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas without being asked
• A strong visual eye - bonus if you have Figma or video editing experience
• Genuine curiosity about sales, startups, and AI

Details:

• Part-time: 15-20 hours per week
