Remote Customer Service Representative – Technical Support

Iso Fusion is seeking a professional, tech‑savvy Remote Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This role offers $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience) and the flexibility to work from home while supporting residential and business customers across multiple regions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high‑quality technical support for Iso Fusion’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH) customers. You’ll troubleshoot connectivity issues, optimize home Wi‑Fi, assist with router configurations, and resolve fiber‑specific hardware faults. In addition, you’ll support secondary product lines such as VoIP, domain hosting, DNS, and email services.

This is a customer‑facing role where you’ll balance technical troubleshooting with empathetic communication, ensuring that every client receives timely, effective, and professional support.

  • Manage initial calls, follow‑up calls, and support tickets for service issues.
  • Troubleshoot fiber optic connectivity, home Wi‑Fi optimization, and router configurations.
  • Take ownership of support issues from first contact through resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance for VoIP, domain hosting, DNS, and email services.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, invoicing issues, and service plan updates.
  • Document all actions thoroughly in ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members using digital communication tools.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during service outages or complex issues.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, help desk, or technical customer service role.
  • Solid understanding of fiber optics and high‑speed internet concepts.
  • Functional knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi networking.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quiet, professional home office workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting telecommunication equipment.
  • Familiarity with 802.11 Wi‑Fi standards.
  • Ability to handle both technical and billing support inquiries.
