This part-time position will allow flexible shifts around your academic schedule while requiring 10-20 hours per week. Responsibilities include assisting students with accessing Eduroam, troubleshooting technical issues, and recording interactions in Service Now. Candidates must maintain full-time enrollment at UK through Fall 2026 and possess strong communication and computer skills.
Highly desirable experience includes Microsoft Office proficiency.
