Success in the Role

What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • Based on your experience and expertise on EUC Technologies, develop a deep knowledge of the Omnissa Platform Solution and broad know-how around how modern management for various device platforms are delivered with Omnissa products and solutions.
  • Build an architecture framework for Modern Management using Workspace One.
  • Be hands-on for Proof of Concepts and demonstrate technologies.
  • Develop understanding of various device platforms and how we manage their lifecycle from onboarding to retiring in a corporate landscape.
  • Document identified repeatable patterns and best practices, and acquire new technologies.
  • Maintain and expand Annual Recurring Revenue from assigned business territories and customers.
  • Certify yourself with Omnissa technology certifications, which are 100% funded.
The Work

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

  • As part of the Solution Architects team
  • Talking to customer representatives at the management and operations level with confidence
  • Presenting and demonstrating transformative Omnissa technologies that can make their strategic vision a reality
  • Designing the right technology solutions to meet customers  most significant business challenges, taking advantage of a rich portfolio of Omnissa products and services
  • Focusing on problem-solving and successful customer outcomes
  • Designing the process of migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to Modern Anywhere Workspace enabling them for #Future Of Work
Qualifications

Our requirements from you as a part of the Solution Architects team:

  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on Omnissa Platform products & Solutions
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills, with listening and questions-based selling skills to see the "big picture" and develop innovative solutions to achieve customers  goals
  • Readiness for learning and development
  • B.Sc/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Experience/understanding in one or more device platform technologies like Microsoft, Apple, Google and Android
  • Experience/understanding in Anywhere Workspace Technology framework
