Bell and Howell is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer in Durham, NC to provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role will focus on troubleshooting, resolving user issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Information Technology and 2–5 years of experience in IT support. Key tasks include managing the ticketing system, user account administration, and supporting device setup and maintenance.
Minimal travel may be required.
