Principal SAP TM Enterprise Applications Consultant

As Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer’s budgetary requirements and are in line with the organization’s financial guidelines.

You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time, and you should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs and strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module, including integration of SAP TM to all other SAP modules.
• Experience in the chemical or other process industries.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP TM within S/4
  
  HANA implementation programs.
• Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, test data setup, etc.
• Capability to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design, implement the automated solution, and manage overall SAP team for development and testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge or certification of S/4 HANA and Scrum Master / Agile Coach is an additional benefit.
• Strong client‑facing experience, and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel data analysis.
• Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings due to remote working environment, including offshore overlaps twice a day.
