Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Hammond, Indiana. In this role, you will provide local user support, plan and configure IT infrastructure, and maintain equipment. Candidates should possess a technical education in Information Technology and have proven experience in user support and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.

The role involves occasional travel to remote sites for in-person support.
