As a Technical Team Lead – eDiscovery & Archiving Technology – Strategic Data Archive within the Archiving Tech product family, you will operate as a senior, hands‑on technical leader. This role is focused on deep technical execution, solution design, and direct ownership of complex engineering deliverables rather than people management. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and evolving a strategic archival platform that underpins the Bank’s eDiscovery and data retention capabilities, contributing directly to the robustness, scalability, and reliability of the archival ecosystem.

- Contribute to architecture discussions, code development, and technical delivery activities across eDiscovery and archiving solutions
- Assist with the execution of initiatives by translating business and product requirements into technical solutions under guidance
- Work alongside product, engineering, analytics, and user enablement teams to support delivery and ongoing platform enhancements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting to support development and production environments
- Provide updates on technical progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and product leadership
- Assist with documentation, including technical designs, requirements, and functional specifications, to support clarity and alignment
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching across the team, helping to raise engineering standards, sharing best practices, and developing future senior contributors through active engagement rather than formal management.
- Tailor solutions for continuous improvement and act as both a product expert and SME.
- Hands‑on software engineering experience supporting the delivery of complex technology solutions
- Experience with .NET and C#, including building microservices and APIs in cloud‑based environments
- Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and cloud‑native development practices
Experience using containerization tools such as Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes‑based deployments - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops tooling (e.g., Git Hub Actions)
- Strong communication skills to support coordination and alignment across stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams while contributing through hands‑on technical work
- Understanding of end‑to‑end system design considerations such as performance, scalability, and resiliency
