Summary
The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities- Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables.
- Proactively research, identify, and resolve issues and/or code as necessary.
- Participate in implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc.
- Participate in release activities and on‑call rotations as needed.
- Serve as part of a team that is involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.
- Work with the team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year programming experience, or successful participation in the Tech Youth Program
- Strong technical skills and a good understanding of software development principles and project life cycles
- Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain project risks and issues, and IT related concepts clearly and concisely
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with team members and business partners
- Works under significant supervision of a Solution Delivery Manager or technical lead
- A good understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum) and project management processes and standards
- Technical writing capability
- Knowledge/Understanding of database design schemas and data modeling
- Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners
- Knowledge/Understanding of middleware and discovery technologies
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience scripting with:
JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and Angular JS - Conceptual and analytical thinking
