Overview
Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably. Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.
This is an opportunity to shape how our enterprise works. We’re building a world-class Product Delivery Excellence organization—one that defines how we deliver compliant, high-quality, and innovative products across our Business Lines. The processes we put in place now will become the foundation teams rely on for years to come.
As Strategic Business Process Manager, you will play a defining role in this journey. You’ll own the end-to-end enterprise product delivery process, from designing the framework to driving adoption and continuously improving performance. Your work will influence how teams plan, execute, govern, and deliver products that make a real difference in patients’ lives.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone ready to operate at the enterprise level—leading through expertise, influence, and credibility rather than formal authority. You’ll work with significant autonomy, chair cross-functional working groups, and partner closely with Business Line leaders, Quality/Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to create processes that are both robust and practical.
This is a global role, reporting directly to the Head of Product Delivery Excellence, with visibility, influence, and room to grow.
