Job Description

Computershare is seeking a CTI Analyst to join our Global Cyber Defence team. The team delivers technical security controls, monitoring services, and intelligence services across the Global Information Security team.

Role Overview

As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will perform activities across the intelligence lifecycle, provide analysis of threats, vulnerabilities, campaigns, and incidents; publish timely and actionable alerts and threat reports; and collaborate with stakeholders to improve defensive posture and response capabilities. You will deliver intelligence packages on developments and publicly reported incidents to strengthen Computershare’s cyber awareness program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct activities across the intelligence lifecycle to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant intelligence products.
  • Research indicators of compromise, adversarial TTPs, malicious infrastructure, countermeasures, and vulnerabilities.
  • Identify new sources of intelligence for integration into existing platforms and monitoring technologies.
  • Interact with intelligence suppliers and industry partners to secure and share relevant intelligence promptly.
  • Integrate intelligence from internal and external sources to support Security Engineering and Security Operations in delivering proactive and reactive threat mitigations.
  • Create written and verbal intelligence products for stakeholders to address threats proactively.
  • Develop and present key findings to senior technical and non‑technical leadership.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a CTI Analyst role or similar.
  • Working knowledge and application of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Professional certifications such as GCTI, CPTIA, CRTIA or equivalent.
  • Understanding of security principles outlined in OWASP, NIST, and ISO
    27001.
  • Attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on best practice.
  • Technical expertise to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Experience managing and maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting time requirements.

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role is $84,000 - $119,000, specific to Canton, MA.
