Entry Level Quality Analyst

Job Description

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an entry-level motivated Quality Analyst to join our team.

Our group of caring associates create financial security by helping individuals and businesses make a new start when a loss occurs. We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, you could have the flexibility of work-from-home time as defined by the leadership team.

• Read, analyze and interpret business requirements.
• Write test plans.
• Document test results.
• Create and update manual test cases.
• Manual testing of software applications.
• Review test results and report in a defect tracking tool.
• Assist with other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
• Capable of producing adequate quality and quantity of work.
• Ability to utilize a PC and work within a software testing suite.
• Competency to learn new software tools.
• Organize and interpret data.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting established schedules and deadlines in an organized manner.
