OSMC is seeking an IT Support Specialist for their Elkhart location to provide technical support to end users in a multi-site healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in IT support, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate clear communication abilities. This full-time role requires desk-side support in a Microsoft Windows environment and does not offer remote work options.

Candidates must be customer-oriented and able to manage competing requests in a fast-paced atmosphere.
