What you'll do:
Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics group will…

* Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our clients business problems

* Assist in structuring and conducting market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and desk research to derive insights and support client decision making, including primary research with HCPs and patients, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and AI-enabled research approaches

* Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software

* Manage components of end-to-end research execution, including screeners, discussion guides, fieldwork oversight, and synthesis of findings into clear, story-driven presentations

* Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations

* Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects

* Support management of program plans, conduct regular client status updates, and assist with risk and issue mitigation to ensure project timelines and goals are met

* Work across pre-launch engagements (segmentation, demand forecasting, campaign strategy, KPI baseline) and post-launch engagements to support full product lifecycle decision-making

* Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities

* Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams

What you'll bring

* PhD, Masters or bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.

* 3-5 years of full-time professional experience

* Strong Excel/MS Suite skills; quantitative/statistical background is a plus

* High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact

* Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset

* Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks

* Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, team leadership

* Fluency in English
