Position: Tire HQ Help Desk Specialist (Level I)

Mon-Friday Schedule! Hybrid (2 days Onsite/ 3 Days Work From Home)!

Key Responsibilities
  • Track andmaintainsupport tickets for Tire-HQ from assignment to resolution
  • Answer incoming Tire-HQ inquiries via phone
  • Document and record all incoming calls in Service Now
  • Providefirstlevel support for theTire-HQwebsite
  • Investigate status of user’s credits in WAC if they have notreceivedtimelycredits
  • Provide direct phone support for Tire-HQusers and customers
  • Help users retrieve and print their Goodyear statements
  • Walk users through printing/queuing financial documents
  • Diagnose operational problems todetermineif user error orif thesystemisnot working as designed. Educate user or escalate the system problems. The following are most common Point-of-Sale, Adjustments, Cancel and Rebill documents not taking approval numbers
  • Maintaina high levelof measurable service levels
    - First call resolution/ Abandon Rates
Requirements Skills and Knowledge – Tire HQ Help Desk Specialist (Level I)
  • Mustpossessstrong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Effective listening skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build confidence andmaintainrelationships
Education and Experience – Tire HQ Help Desk Specialist (Level I)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Scienceis preferred
  • High School Degree or GED Required
  • Required Coverage 8:00am– 6:00pm
