Job Overview
As part of the IT organization, the Senior Analyst, PLE will partner with the global Supply Chain community serving their needs in the Distribution and Logistics team through the enhancement and maintenance of procurement applications and processes. Mainly focused in Warehouse systems like SAP S4 IM/EWM and TM solutions. Scotts is starting the process for S/4 HANA migration.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide day-to-day operational support for all warehouse and logistics applications including but not limited to S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP EWM and SAP TM.
- Working with the development team, implement code changes to resolve production issues in a timely fashion.
- Complete SAP or related system configuration as required to support functional business requirements.
- Write and maintain detailed and effective documentation for SAP and development activities.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams along with external partners to support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Configuration and Solutioning in S4 HANA and SAP EWM is a must to succeed in this role.
- Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with business and IT resources and formalize requirements and gain formal signoff.
- Manage projects and initiatives in adherence to Scott's standard Project Management Office (PMO) methodology including financial management practices.
- Complete unit testing and cross-functional integration testing for SAP development items.
- This role requires you to travel to Sites / Warehouses to support at times (20-30% travel).
- Participate in rotational Off-hours Oncall Support with the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
- 6-8 Years of S/4 SAP development experience, with expert knowledge in SAP S4 EWM.
- SAP TM experience is preferable (but not mandatory).
- BTP and process mining is preferable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in SAP configuration.
- Experience reading, debugging and developing ABAP specs preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of Workflow, IDOCs, and EDI support.
- Working knowledge of other SAP module integration points is preferred for this role.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and deliverables.
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $99,700.00 - $ per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.
