This role focuses on the strategic vision and management of Jira and Confluence to align with business objectives and operational efficiency.

• Design custom JIRA workflows to automate provisioning, building, and deploying servers and applications.
• Maintain, administer, enhance, and integrate JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop medium to complex JIRA workflows, including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Create JIRA projects, queries, reports, templates, custom issues, and custom forms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Confluence issues.
• Improve and manage user access to Confluence.
• Review and approve global changes to JIRA and Confluence to maintain system stability.
• Recommend best practices and standardization for Atlassian Suite implementations.
• Discover, scope, and implement JIRA and Confluence workflows that meet business needs.
• Research and recommend Atlassian products, plug‑ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements.

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience designing custom JIRA workflows.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian REST Services.
• Programming experience in VB Script, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Agile Kanban/Scrum, networking, DNS, databases, web proxies, Active Directory, and web APIs.
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
