List Lab is looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape user experiences for their new platform, with a significant addressable market. This flexible role allows for various commitments (full-time, part-time, or side-gig) as the startup gears towards its launch. The designer will own the entire design process from concept to completion, working closely with engineers to build a product that meets user needs.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. A familiarity with Figma and experience in startup environments is advantageous. Compensation can reach up to $150,000 based on engagement and negotiation.
