We’re aggressively integrating AI to streamline our internal operations and provide next level results for our clients. This role is central to that mission.

We’re hiring a hands on AI Implementation Engineer to lead our AI transformation. You will design, build, deploy, and optimize intelligent systems, including Claude powered agents on Mac Minis, while deeply integrating AI into our Go High Level  (GHL) platform to automate workflows and scale client delivery.

This is a high-impact builder role for someone who loves turning complex processes into efficient, automated systems.

• Audit current marketing and agency workflows (content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, client reporting, onboarding, etc.) and identify high-ROI AI automation opportunities.
• Design and deploy Claude-based agents and bots on Mac Minis for autonomous or semi-autonomous tasks such as research, content generation & optimization, competitor analysis, campaign insights, and custom client playbooks.
• Build and optimize Go High Level  (GHL) workflows
  , funnels, automations, and smart triggers by integrating AI (Claude API, webhooks, custom code, etc.) to create powerful, intelligent client systems.
• Create end-to-end automations using tools like , n8n, Zapier, Python, and native GHL features enhanced with AI.
• Develop reusable AI-powered playbooks and templates that can be quickly adapted for different clients.
• Train and support the marketing team on using AI tools and GHL automations effectively.
• Monitor performance, costs, reliability, data privacy, and continuously improve all AI + GHL systems.
• Stay ahead of new developments in Anthropic Claude, Go High Level , and Apple Silicon tools, rapidly prototyping solutions that drive real efficiency and results.
• Embed AI into client campaigns for better personalization, predictive insights, and performance gains.

• Strong AI/LLM Expertise
  :
  Deep, practical experience building and maintaining production-grade solutions with Anthropic Claude (API, Projects, Agents, etc.).
• Go High Level  Proficiency
  :
  Hands-on experience building advanced workflows, funnels, automations, and custom integrations inside Go High Level .
• Automation Builder
  :
  Proven track record shipping automations that deliver measurable time and cost savings. Strong with no-code/low-code tools + custom scripting (Python preferred).
• Digital Marketing Knowledge
  :
  Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, content, social media, web design, and agency/client service workflows. Ability to translate marketing goals into effective AI + GHL solutions.
• Deployment Skills
  :
  Comfortable setting up and managing always-on Mac Mini environments for dedicated AI agents.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills — able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
• Portfolio or examples of AI implementations and/or GHL automations (marketing/agency-related is a big plus).

• Experience with local/open-source models and Apple ML tools
• Previous agency or client-services background
