As a
** Power Platform Lead with a focus on AI**, this role plays a key part in guiding customers through their digital transformation journey by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot, Studio, Automate) and the broader M365 ecosystem. The position combines technical leadership, solution design, and strategic advisory responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on applying AI capabilities in low-code environments.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the design and delivery of Power Platform and AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Translate business challenges into scalable and practical technical solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from discovery through adoption and optimization.
* Provide technical leadership and promote best practices in solution architecture, ALM, and governance.
* Contribute to governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption, value creation, and change.## YOUR PROFILE
* Strong foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals such as identity & access management, security, integration, and connectivity, with proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Automate, Dataverse and Copilot studio.
* Understanding enterprise-grade solution design, including integration, governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for the Power Platform.
* Practical experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions within a consulting role
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Language proficiency in Dutch and English (French is considered an asset)## WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
